Fudgy Chocolate Brownies with Nova Choc – oh – Late


  • 30g Flaxseed Powder
  • 225g Dark Nova Baking Chocolate Buttons
  • 1 Espresso
  • 200g Brown Sugar, Maltitol or Coconut sugar
  • 30g Vegan Butter or Margarine
  • 5g Vanilla Extract
  • 70g Flour
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Baking powder


  • Melt chocolate on a double boiler
  • Cream Sugar and Butter
  • Mix Espresso with Flaxseed and mix into butter mixture
  • Mix Melted Chocolate Into Flax seed mixture
  • Sift flour, salt, and Baking Powder into the chocolate mixture
  • Pour into a baking dish (25cm x 25cm baking tray with cook and spray )
  • Bake @180 C for 22 min
  • Let cool before cutting
