Ingredients:
- 30g Flaxseed Powder
- 225g Dark Nova Baking Chocolate Buttons
- 1 Espresso
- 200g Brown Sugar, Maltitol or Coconut sugar
- 30g Vegan Butter or Margarine
- 5g Vanilla Extract
- 70g Flour
- 5g Salt
- 5g Baking powder
Method:
- Melt chocolate on a double boiler
- Cream Sugar and Butter
- Mix Espresso with Flaxseed and mix into butter mixture
- Mix Melted Chocolate Into Flax seed mixture
- Sift flour, salt, and Baking Powder into the chocolate mixture
- Pour into a baking dish (25cm x 25cm baking tray with cook and spray )
- Bake @180 C for 22 min
- Let cool before cutting
