Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream has a fun new event that you’ll definitely want to attend this Summer. Paul has been tucked away in his delicious food science lab, tinkering with new flavour combinations to bring you magical dishes of molecular gastronomy.
You now get the opportunity to attend a Paul’s homemade tasting event! This tasting is for the culinary curious and adventurous epicurean. Cured salmon with apple dill ice cream, honey lemon spheres with pear ginger salsa and crispy chicken skin with a scoop of satay ice cream – this is just a small look into what’s on offer!
A variety of sweet dishes are also included in this 6-course dining experience. If you get thirsty, there are two handcrafted, delicious cocktails that will be paired with the meals which echo the herbaceous and subtle flavours of the dishes.
