Clarins limited edition summer range is so on-trend and beautiful. I’ve been trialling their SOS bronzing primer, their magnificent flamingo themed bronzer and their 4-in-1 colour pen. This is what I thought of this new limited-edition range.
This new summer range isn’t just aesthetically pleasing to look at, it’s also a great product that’s a welcomed edition to my vanity case. These new summer formulas deliver on their promise. This range gives you a warm, beautiful summery glow, without having to step foot in the sunlight. Or risk exposing your skin to harmful, aging UVA and UVB rays.
To maintain a playful bronze glow Clarins latest S.O.S primer (R425) is the perfect way to start applying your bronzed look. This primer is available in 8 shades, I’m using 02, peach. This is the first step to your glow up babes. This primer has the Clarins anti-pollution complex to protect the skin from environmental damage such as pollution. The weightless texture lets skin breathe and it’s easy to apply. It has an orange undertone but blends in beautifully once you apply foundation over it. This fresh texture adds a blurring effect, to blur out imperfections in photos. The high lumitech complex instantly corrects, revives and illuminates the skin. For that flawless finish we are all chasing. The result is a warm undertone coming through in your look, and I found that my makeup seemed to look smoother. I looked healthy and natural.
Clarins bronzing palette (R560) contains 3 shades to suit all skin tones. A little goes a long way and this bronzer has a mattifying effect, so you look tanned but not shiny. The different shades are easy to use and arranged in stripes, allowing you to personalise the finish and be completely in control of how tanned you would like to look. It also contains the Clarins anti-pollution complex. I was a little concerned when I first started using the bronzer, that the fabulous flamingo print was going to disappear, but I’ve used it about 8 times now and the print is still there. Thank goodness! It’s too cute to disappear.
The Clarins 4-colour all-in-one pen (R515) is not only travel-friendly, compact and super-handy but it also takes me on a trip down memory-lane.
