I’ve recently cut my hair shorter and coloured it lighter, which means my hair is a little dry and brittle at the moment. As someone who usually only purchases salon hair care products, I was a little sceptical at the start. The reason this range works so well is that it repairs the bonds of the hair, reconstructing from deep within. This means visibly revitalised locks that are also more resilient against future damage. When I wash my hair, I double cleanse with shampoo and then use conditioner on the top and a masque on the ends of my hair.
After using the Gliss Intense Therapy shampoo, conditioner and masque, my hair really did smell great, it was soft and easy to manage and it had a great shine to it. I was impressed. Truth be told, I found it works better than some of the salon brands in my beauty cabinet at the moment.
This isn’t my first encounter with the Schwarzkopf haircare range, I tried it years ago but at the time I didn’t feel it was ‘doing the most’ for my haircare needs. It works great on my hair which is dry and pretty damaged at the moment. For someone with an oily sculp, I would recommend only applying this oil elixir to your ends.

With me being a freelancer and having my revenue streams come in in drips and drabs, this product has been a life saver. Buying me an extra few weeks before salon visits means I can get what I want done, when I go in and not what I can afford to get done.
I’m now looking forward to trying out the pink and blue version. I need to read up on what they all do and if they’re right for me, but I must say, the packaging is on point.
